The project for Residential SR in São Roque values the construction of a landscape that transits between the urban and the natural. Inserted in a place of high landscape value, it carefully defines its relationship with the topography, as well as the density of the group of 25 units requested. With this, everyone can enjoy the views and good qualities of insulation and ventilation. As for the architecture, in addition to the variation in size and the internal solutions of the environments, the architectural language of the project defines a greater autonomy for the types and a diversity of heights, volumes and openings, enrichening the whole set, avoiding the often monotony witnessed in excessive repetitions of works of this nature.
